9/25/2023 IMPORTANT RFP UPDATE!!!

In response to questions received from proposers, SCLB Holdings, LLC would like to provide the following guidance; 

• A successful proposal will contain a bid amount of more than $1,000,000 and will be due in a lump sum at the beginning of the lease term.
