NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING

Please be advised that a special meeting of the Suffolk County Landbank Corporation SCLB Holdings, LLC will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning, H. Lee Dennison Bldg., 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, NY 11788, in the 2nd Floor Arthur Kunz Memorial Library Conference Room.

The Landbank has resumed the ability for the public to provide comment at the public portion of the meeting. Public comment may also be emailed to matthew.kapell@suffolkcountyny.gov, and received no later than Tuesday, June 17, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. The Minutes and Recordings of the Landbank Board Meetings will be posted on the Suffolk County Landbank website. Should you have any questions regarding this public notice, please contact:
